Information on the processing of users' personal data

The new  European Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - GPDR  (approved by the European Parliament - Law 119), relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data, was published in the OJEU of May 4, 2016 and became fully operational from May 25. 2018.
The new legislation, which defines the right to the protection of personal data as a fundamental right, imposes on the Data Controllers a series of obligations, expressed in the concepts of privacy The General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data - EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 - GDPR, provides for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data as a fundamental right.

This information is provided only for this site and has no value for other websites that may be reached via links on the pages visited by users, pursuant to article 13 of the GDPR.

This site does not collect personal data unless expressly and freely communicated via E-mail.

The data controller of the personal data provided voluntarily by the website is the Associazione Armonie in Villa.

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is the President of the Association.
 

Purpose of the processing and legal basis

In compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, adequacy, relevance and necessity pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 1 of the GDPR, Armonie in Villa, as Data Controller, will process the personal data collected automatically when browsing the website or provided voluntarily for the following purposes:

  • navigation data, i.e. information including IP addresses, domain names of the computers used by the user who connects to the site; the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response from the server, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by server (successful, error); other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment are collected for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. These data, even if they are never collected to be associated with identified interested parties, through processing and association with data held by third parties, could still allow the identification of the user. Finally, these data can be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the sites.

  • the data provided voluntarily by the user, or that information, personal and identification data collected to allow the user access to certain services requested by the user, such as non-institutional e-mail address, personal telephone numbers, any particular personal data and judicial ones entered voluntarily by the user during the use of online services or by sending requests to the published e-mail addresses, are processed for the performance of activities for statistical purposes only.

The management and storage of personal data collected takes place on a server managed within Armonie in Villa. The collected data will not be transferred to other sites

The navigation data are kept only for the time necessary (24 hours) to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.

The interested party has the right

  • to oppose the processing of their personal data, without prejudice to the provisions regarding the necessity and obligatory nature of the processing for the purpose of establishing the relationship;

  • to revoke any consent given for non-mandatory processing of data, without thereby compromising the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation
